- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped apples (about 2 medium apples)
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until combined.
- Fold in chopped apples and cinnamon into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth into an even layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set, then cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and drizzle with additional caramel if desired.
